Position Summary:
As a Residential Plumbing Manager & Field Supervisor at Legacy Air, you will oversee all aspects of residential plumbing operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers, scheduling jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of residential plumbers.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Manage employee schedules and assign tasks based on workload and skillsets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Job Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule residential plumbing jobs based on customer requests and technician availability.
- Dispatch technicians to job sites in a timely manner.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels of plumbing supplies and equipment.
- Order and receive supplies as needed.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control labor costs and expenses.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on job costs and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential plumbing.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
