Position Summary:

As a Residential Plumbing Manager & Field Supervisor at Legacy Air, you will oversee all aspects of residential plumbing operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers, scheduling jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of residential plumbers.
    • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Manage employee schedules and assign tasks based on workload and skillsets.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Job Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and schedule residential plumbing jobs based on customer requests and technician availability.
    • Dispatch technicians to job sites in a timely manner.
    • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Quality Control:
    • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
    • Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels of plumbing supplies and equipment.
    • Order and receive supplies as needed.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor and control labor costs and expenses.
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports on job costs and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential plumbing.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
